Female Leadership

As a guardian and manager at the child protection services I have worked with families, children and women for many years. Most of my colleagues were female, and after observing them (and myself) I came to the conclusion that they are true givers. They give to the point that they break down in a simple moment, which often results in a burnt out, emptiness, tiredness, stress, irritations and at a loss of inspiration. These seemingly powerful women also need to be cared for.

I strongly believe and have experienced that we can change this. Companies can change their work culture if they would only listen more closely to the needs of their employees. Apart from their work, most women have households to run, children to take care of and/or a partner to connect with. A social life. And everything has to go smoothly. It is all about presentation, being productive and achieving certain goals. Which of course I support and understand completely, however this does not always result in a fruitful situation.

A strong basis is necessary to incorporate moments of self-reflection, a moment to pause and take a break. The fact of the matter is: women are different than men. We have a monthly cycle. If we can listen to this cycle, we can stimulate moments of productivity and inspiration. Which is great for everyone!

As the seasons change, so does the cycle of a woman. Ignoring this often leads to an imbalance. It is important for women to be conscious of these cycles and to understand the impact they have on daily life. Being aware stimulates the feeling of freedom and understanding. It is a tool that can be used for monthly planning. At the end of the day, it is all about balance. A business needs yin & yang. Male & female. When a woman knows and experiences her own authentic female power she can move mountains, be more productive and inspire others.

About me

For as long as I can remember, I have been interested in personal development and growth. As a guardian, I have helped children, teenagers and families overcome their problems, but there is more to life than simply surviving. Now I speak from my own experience.

Through study, self-reflection, and most of all my own relationships, I have learnt to live wholeheartedly. This enabled me to make decisions based on freedom instead of fear.

I thoroughly enjoy guiding others in their search for greater inner peace, balance and stability. I have come to believe that happiness cannot be found outside of ourselves.

I would love to connect and meet you, there, wherever you are.
